Use of the app

jurn.ee is a camera-first transformation journal. It is provided as a personal tracking tool and is not medical, nutrition, fitness, or professional advice.

Paid plans

Website purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Purchases inside the iOS and Android apps are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, billing periods, trial terms, and plan names shown by the selected payment provider control the purchase. Paid access depends on successful payment and server verification.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the payment provider before renewal. Subscription expiration, failed payment, cancellation status, revocation, or refund events may change or remove paid access. A canceled subscription may keep Plus access until its paid period expires.

Local data

Journal content is primarily stored in local app or browser storage. Clearing local data, changing devices, or uninstalling the app or PWA may remove local journal content. Purchase restore reconnects paid access only; it does not restore journal photos or entries by itself.

Encrypted cloud sync is optional and available to Plus users. When you use it, the app encrypts a self-contained journal backup before upload and requires the sync key to restore the cloud copy on this or another device. If you lose the sync key, jurn.ee support cannot decrypt or recover synced journal content for you.

Export creates a local JSON copy for portability. Import can merge a supported jurn.ee JSON export into the current browser. You are responsible for storing exported files safely. Deleting local browser data or deleting a moment may be permanent unless you kept your own export.

Meal scan is an approximate convenience feature and may be wrong. jurn.ee is not a medical, nutrition, fitness, or professional advice service. Do not rely on it to diagnose, treat, or manage health conditions.

App Store and Google Play refunds and subscription management are also subject to the store's tools and policies. jurn.ee can act on first-party records it controls; payment providers may keep records they are legally required to retain.
